OpenAI bills this model by token; we bill a fixed price per image, and no OpenAI organization verification is required. The API is OpenAI-compatible, so existing SDKs, Cursor, Codex and LangChain code work by pointing base_url at apimodels.app. Billing is strictly pay-as-you-go with per-call prices published on every model page, starting at $0.001; there is no subscription, no monthly minimum and no expiring credits, and failed generations are never charged. New accounts get $0.10 of free credit with no card required.
